Das Haus war makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – wirklich alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Besonders begeistert hat uns die atemberaubende Aussicht, die jeden Morgen und Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. "This was a fantastic stay and the listing couldn't be more accurate. We stayed for 8 nights and it was our first holiday with our 5 month old baby.Kathie and Chris are great hosts. They really made us feel at home and went through everything with us when we arrived which put us at ease for the week and made us fully familiar with how to live comfortably during our stay.The views are stunning. The sunrises in particular were breathtaking given the apartment sits on an eastern facing hill. Kathie and Chris have done an incredible job with the design of the space as well.The pool - this was the standout for us. We were keen to still stay somewhere that enabled us to explore the west side of the island but the private pool was a huge plus point as we were keen to get our 5 month old into it and have the privacy and peace to do so at our own pace (without lots of kids splashing around or similar at hotel pools). Don't be put off by the pool being salt water - this isn't remotely as explicit as it sounds. It's a process of chlorinating the water and isn't remotely what you would guess a salt water pool would be like - do not let the naive understanding of salt water pools put you off - its better than a regular pool.Overall an unforgettable stay, which is lovely as we will cherish our first ever family holiday being somewhere as amazing as this.Do not hesitate if you are considering booking this apartment!! "

"Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie Anfang September in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit auf dem Anwesen. Alles ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Ausstattung und es ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die Villa ist makellos sauber und wurde in unseren 12 Tagen Aufenthalt 2 mal komplett gereinigt. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich um den Garten und überrascht häufig mit frischen Obst, Gemüse oder Eiern. Absolut fantastisch war auch der Willkommenskorb mit vielen Leckerein und eine kleine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln im Kühlschrank! Die Betten sind super und die Lage der Villa einmalig. Wir möchten uns auch dafür bedanken, dass Sie 2 tolle Hochstühle für die Kinder besorgt haben und sogar noch ein Reisebettchen hingestellt haben. Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!"

"The location was nice with a mountain view and a village roughly 10 minute walk away with all the essentials. The beds and pillows were firm and you can hear church bells ringing, even at 11pm( the dogs are also quite noisy). The owners were really nice and informative. The pool is big and deep. There was air conditioning in every room, some louder than others. Overall would recommend for bigger groups. "

"We had an amazing stay at the villa and overall we can honestly say the best holidays on Crete island. We were looked after from the moment we booked the villa, the communication was flawless. The villa has good absolutely everything we needed to make us feel relaxed. The building itself is a masterpiece and tastefull. We relaxed by the pool and jacuzzi every day. The kitchen is very vell equipped. We also used BBQ.I would also mention that the house is in a traditional mountain village with its own tavern with breathtaking views and the nearest beach is not far either. We are really happy to choose this villa to be part of experiencing Crete. We loved every moment."
