The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, great location , we were greeted with a glass prosecco and our laguage was taken to the reception. "I stayed with my wife for five nights and found the hotel and in particular the staff absolutely fantastic. The hotel is spotless and located on the bank of Lake Garda and a leisurely 10 min walk into Bardolino. The pool is located within a grassed area where the loungers are and a jetty at the front is a great place for diving into the lake. They have a lovely lady (mama) who makes pasta and salads each lunchtime - we will miss it!"

"We traveled as a family of 4 (14 and 7) the staff were so helpful and cheerful. The rooms were a great size. We had the king bed and the kids each had singles set up in the living room area. A bottle of water was complimentary daily, as they came and cleaned the room, fresh towels and replaced the water. The restaurant upstairs had a beautiful buffet breakfast daily with so much variety and delicious food. A coffee machine available. If you’re going to book absolutely add on the buffet. We had...

"Medium sized friendly hotel with pool and gardens overlooking the lake. Although not lakeside, it felt like you were due to its elevation. Friendly staff. Plenty of bikes to borrow. Location 2 mins from Cisano ferry and bus stops. Good restaurants and bars nearby for the evening."

"Property was perfect. So much space, good air con and clean facilities. Resort was brilliant. We loved the proximity to the local Piazza that had a lovely choice of restaurants, the walkable distance to Bardolino and the ferry. Perfect resort."

"The rooms are basic but clean, with lots of towels in the room and good amenities. The restaurant is fantastic as well as the pool area. 25 min walk into bardolino and 15 minutes to the lake. If have accessibility issues this place might not be for you but great otherwise "
