This brand-new, spacious apartment offers modern comfort just steps from the best the city has to offer. Walk to riverside dining, bars, shops, and the city’s key attractions — all from your quiet, stylish base. Thoughtfully designed with quality furnishings, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and generous natural light throughout. Perfect for couples, business travellers, or solo adventurers seeking a premium CBD stay. Due to being in a complex we have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors. We kindly ask that you refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and any unauthorised gatherings disturbing our neighbours will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am please get in touch 24 hours in advance if you would like to request a late checkout or early check in. There may be a fee. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Please vape outside. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We would appreciate it if our home is left in a reasonable condition, please take care when carrying bags upstairs and remove your shoes. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Please report any damages, spills or stains so we have ample time to get these sorted before next guests arrive.
