Had a great stay at the Pavilion. Room was clean with excelllent beds, had full fridge plenty of utensils. The spa bath a big hit with our grandchild and my partner. Dinner menu was excellent the portion size was on the small side fof my partner who is a big eater, 3 courses did fill though. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, everything you need to set you up for a busy day ahead. I highly reccomend this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was good. Breakfast had good variety. Rooms were cosy and clean, except it was on the first floor and there were no lifts, which is not good if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise the place was good.

We checked in for the night and needed to change our booking to a room on the ground floor as my mom would find it difficult hot to climb and the reception was kind enough to accommodate us . We also ordered room service and the food was hot and delicious when it came . Would highly recommend the hotel to travelers !
