The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only. One flight of stairs needs to be climbed to reach the single level living on the second floor. City Noise - Please note this is a city living property and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and neighbouring residential noise. The property is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
