Very beautiful property and nicely decorated rooms that were welcoming and relaxing. Staff were very professional and also very helpful. Nice outdoor space to enjoy a relaxing coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Also great restuarant that had a tradional menu in addition to great grilled options. The grilled lamb was excellent. Atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommened.

Quiet, quant property with plenty of amenities. Very close to the town of Chiusi and several local wineries. The infinity pool was a beautiful way to enjoy a sunset and a bottle of local wine.

We stayed at Il Patriarca for 1 night. After arriving, we wished that we would've had more days to spend there. The hotel was beautiful. We arrived rather late, the staff was so accommodating and even gave us a room upgrade. The bathroom was so nice and clean, it was more like an "American" bathroom. You know what I mean if you've spent a decent amount of time in Italy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a nice breakfast in the morning that is included with your stay. They had many items to choose from and of course cappuccinos! We didn't get a chance to have dinner in their restaurant, but we did talk to a couple that did and they said it was very good. The grounds were meticulously kept, and it was a beautiful place inside and out! We will definitely stay there again if we ever get the chance to return to Italy! The pictures don't do it justice, you have to see it in person! Thank you for your hospitality!

Ottimo hotel e personale molto gentile e professionale. Letto comodissimo e climatizzazione perfetta. L'unica pecca riscontrata è la piscina che presenta sul fondo parti scrostate e le sedute imbottite delle sedie che sono da ripristinare in quanto ci si sprofonda. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Incrível é o que eu posso dizer sobre essa propriedade, fomos muito bem recebidos, todos atenciosos, o quarto que ficamos parecia de um rei, uma cama com aquelas coberturas, espaçoso e confortável. E o restaurante é uma Stellantis house maravilhosa, com ótimas opções. Voltaria aqui com certeza. A piscina é linda, não usamos mas me arrependi de não usar essa estrutura.

Terrible experience throughout

Throughout our stay there was a terrible smell of sewage in the hotel especially in the lobby. The doors were kept wide open to have fresh air come in. It did not help. Talking to the staff they pretended that everything is in order. The room was warm so we opened a window. Had to shut it off immediately because of the smell. We ate at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel. One of the worst meals we ever had. the food was mediocre, and, every now and than a smell of sewage was introduced as aroma.
