Couples looking for a romantic escape will find late spring (May-June) or early autumn (September-October) particularly appealing. The vineyards are either bursting with new growth or displaying stunning autumnal colours, and the harvest season in September often brings special events and tastings at local wineries. Families travelling with children might prefer the summer months of July and August. While it can be a bit busier, the longer daylight hours and warmer temperatures are well-suited for outdoor activities, and many local attractions are in full swing.
