Everything was okay regarding IBIS-Quality. Especially the breakfast was superb with a large variety of food and beverage. Room size, service, check-in and in-house facilities were good.

Exactly what we needed except for the fact the city centre was a 30 min walk away, so wouldn’t be an issue if you had a rental car. There a shopping centre around the corner that was very useful

It was fine for what we paid. The breakfast was basic continental there was enough. A few restaurants within walking distance. It was further out from Auxerre that we thought but we drove in, so not a problem. It was a bit confusing which one we had booked as there are two Ibis hotels next to each other. Perhaps, that could be made clearer.

This was a fairly clean and convenient budget, no frills hotel at a fair price. It is located close to the highway and the parking was easy. I love the keypad door locks so no need for plastic key cards! I love that they have a microwave and there is a McDonald’s next door plus lots of other restaurants. The beds were firm and comfortable for me. On the downside, there were little flies in the bathroom. These tend to live in the drain for the shower so perhaps that should be cleaned better. There was a basic breakfast for 10 euros. Nothing hot to eat, but we didn’t start our day hungry. I would stay there again.

We kregen een ruime family room, en dat is leuk maar eigenlijk hadden we een kamer gevraagd met aangepast sanitair voor rolstoelgebruikers. Verder was het oké, ook met zeer behulpzaam personeel.

Au petit déjeuner une personne est venue discuter avec nous , très agréable et sympathique, le parking était surchargé mais nous avons tout de même trouver une place . Dans la chambre une lampe de chevet est cassé une lampe au plafond ne fonctionne pas , l’inox laisse à désiré dans la salle de bain . La literie est très confortable, mais les oreillers petits et un seul un peu juste , nous avons tout de même très bien dormi!

Le réceptionniste refusait d'admettre la réservation payée même en lui montrant la preuve d'achat d'HÔTEL.COM. Il voulait me facturer une deuxième fois où ne m'accordait pas de chambre!!! À minuit passé, je devais appeler le site ce que j'ai refusé en le menaçant de voir avec ma protection juridique. Le réceptionniste de 50 ans a appelé quelqu'un (direction?) pour lui indiquer une manip. Cet établissement et le réceptionniste n'ont pas l'habitude de travailler avec HÔTEL.COM. Sur son écran s'affichait la réservation mais pas le paiement. Pas de voilage au fenêtre, seulement des double rideaux occultant. La journée vous êtes dans le noir où on vous voit. Chambre au nez de chaussé vue plongeante depuis l'extérieur dans la chambre. Pas de tablette à côté du lit seulement des filet cloués sur la tête de lit. Pas de livret d'accueil, produit du groupe ALL ou autre faisant connaître le groupe. Affichage du prix de la chambre non présent au dos de la porte. L'alèse du lit plastifiée fait transpirer. Réveillée à 8h00 du matin par les portes des chambres qui claquent + mauvaise isolation phonique, (Blount des portes mal réglé). Hôtel propre car récent. Je suis partie sans prendre un petit déjeuner trop déçue après une nuit écourtée. Attitude du réceptionniste non professionnelle et pas honnête. IBIS BUDGET ROUGE lamentable. La ville n'avait que cet établissement de disponible tous les hôtels étaient complets. J'étais en direction de TOURS 37000.
