Beautiful location, great atmosphere, lovely Salons, delicious food, and overall refined design-concept! The only downer: currently construction site, that disturbes the peaceful harmony.
We loved absolutely everything about Hyll. The staff was so gracious and helpful, the views were beautiful, our room was charming and beautifully appointed. The food was amazing, I had the spatchcock poussin twice. Perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds, and I would highly recommend!
The property was ideally situated in the Cotswolds countryside. Hotel was spotlessly clean, room was well equipped and very comfortable.
Breakfast which was included, was wonderful plenty of fresh fruit yogurts etc as well as a several cooked breakfast options.
We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was wonderful.
Would absolutely recommend Hyll, it is a stunning property.
The hotel was beautifully presented, though advance notice of the building works would have been appreciated. Our room (#6) was excellent except it had low beams and was approached by a steep staircase with narrow steps. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, and restaurant was also very good quality and value
Brought our dog, he was well looked after with some nice touches such as a dog bed provided not just in room but also by dinner table. Always made to feel welcome. Food was excellent and service was also very good. The room was nice and well appointed, to having a Dyson hairdryer and attachments which showed a commitment to quality. All in all, a relaxing stay in lovely surroundings.

Great location, beautiful building outside and inside. Definitely will come back.
Fabulous all-round experience. The room was excellent, the food (both dinner and breakfast) was well presented and delicious, and the service at all times was fantastic. All round an excellent experience!
Enjoyed our stay so much! We brought our dog with us who was made to feel as welcome as we were. So refreshing to be able to bring your dog into the main restaurant of a hotel. The decor and overall vibe of the hotel is beautiful, very calming and we can’t wait to return.
This hotel is an absolute gem! Firstly the staff at 10/10 they go hugely above and beyond. We travelled with a baby and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is perfect, a real retreat away from a fast pace life. The restaurant is another 10/10, the food was outstanding. We cannot wait to return.
Absolutely brilliant! We LOVED our stay here & hope to be back! The staff were amazing - so helpful & accommodating! Perfect way to start the Christmas Holidays - Thank You Hyll!

We had a lovely time and the staff are amazing - each one we met was incredibly kind and attentive and friendly. The food and drinks are excellent and the location is great - Chipping Campden is well worth a visit.
The hotel is very much its 3 and a half stars - it's not as luxurious as its own website lead us to believe. And it's promoted as somewhere to relax and do nothing in any of its lounges, which is exactly what we needed, but they were always full of people, children and dogs.
Our Manor House room was fine with a wonderful view but the bathroom was tired - it was not worth what we paid, which was a lot for what we got.
Despite providing the hotel with information in advance to save time checking in - as requested - we still had to give all the same information on arrival.
This hotel was phenomenal. The grounds were impeccable, and the staff was very accommodating and professional. The food was spectacular and the breakfast were very filling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is truly a beautiful place.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is spotless, beautifully designed and we loved the concept of “doing nothing” - sitting in one of the cosy common areas with books, puzzles and vinyl players.
The team did seem slightly understaffed at times, but hopefully just teething issues and it didn’t affect our stay.
