"The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were amazing. We got there late. They helped us by getting us in to the restaurant with late reservations. Give us a private room to dine in providers an early morning shuttle before their actual shuttle started working. they were very accommodating and dinner was delicious so with complementary wine and beer and snacks at the bar."

"We had just finished a two day 75 km bike ride and we’re ready to relax. Fortunately, this was the most luxurious hotel we had booked on our entire trip and when we arrived, we were not disappointed. The hotel screams old world charm with its ornate lobby and elaborate boutiques. The room was beautiful without standing views of the city and bridges and our dinner on the 23rd floor, Teppanyaki restaurant with a private chef was unparalleled on the entire trip. This is a bit of an indulgence by Japan standards, but certainly worth it!"

"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Great location for travelling as the main station is just 2 minutes away from the hotel (they are actually connected). While we liked the hotel, we found the breakfast in the executive lounge was limited so we decided to use the main restaurant which had a lot more variety. Also the gym was very small for such a large hotel. That said, the lounge had a good array of drinks and snacks available, and the staff were very attentive. The front desk area was also very impressive. This is a very good hotel and we also found it very convenient for transportation options around the city and beyond."
