At our child-friendly farm, our young guests not only have the opportunity to get to know animals such as calves, alpacas, and ponies, but also to actively help out with farm work. This way, children learn more about farm life and how to care for animals in an exciting way.

The holiday rental is located in our guesthouse, which is built in the style of a farmhouse. Handcrafted furniture and solid oak floors contribute to the exclusive ambiance. The hand-planed wooden ceiling adds to the cosy atmosphere.









Farmhouse-style living



To help you relax, the apartment features a cosy sofa, and blackout curtains add to the comfort. The children’s room has a raised single bed (90x180). A lovingly furnished bedroom with a double bed (180x200). The bathroom features a walk-in shower with indirect lighting. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.










Large covered south-facing balcony



From the cosy kitchen-diner, you step out onto the balcony with a covered outdoor seating area. The south-facing balcony offers a good view of the courtyard. It is furnished with beautiful garden furniture that invites you to enjoy a cosy breakfast on the balcony.









Amenities of the Non-Smoking Apartment



Due to the allergy-friendly nature of our apartments, we unfortunately cannot allow pets. This holiday rental is equipped with a central vacuum system and is suitable for people with allergies.

We—the Schauer family—are Alexandra and Josef with our daughters Maria and Barbara. At our Schauerhof farm, we’ve been offering “farm stays” since 2025—now in our third generation.
In July 2025, the farm was handed over to our daughter Maria.
