Fantastic place, great fresh breakfast, the property is peaceful and beautiful. Our hosts were wonderful, interesting people, and helped us book a couple of guided tours while there. All in all, couldnt ask for anything more, highly recommended!! Great location for birdwatching as well.

There are places you stay, and places that stay with you. Blue Eco Lodge falls firmly in the second category — not because of any single amenity, but because of Harry & Ahidel who run it, with their adorable furry companions, Bruce & Mia. The hosts are exceptional: warm, genuinely invested in your experience, and proactive in a way that feels personal rather than performative. They provided tailored suggestions — beautiful cenotes, cultural events in the city, things you wouldn't find on your own — delivered with the enthusiasm of friends who actually want you to experience and love their place in this world. The property includes beautifully designed rooms that are genuinely comfortable, wonderful grounds full of birds, and chef-grade breakfast (and cocktails! Book in advance). Easy taxi access into Valladolid means you get the best of both: quiet, bird-filled mornings on the grounds and a bustling town center when you want it. Unreservedly recommended.

La casa es realmente muy linda y con mucho estilo. La habitación que reservamos mi novio y yo (papaya) nos encantó, todo dentro de ella estaba bien diseñado y pensado: mosquiteros, agua caliente, la cama, las cobijas y las almohadas super cómodas. El jardín tiene árboles frutales que proporcionan sombra y un ambiente fresco... todo nos encantó, cada detalle y rincón que pudimos observar... pero sin duda lo mejor de este alojamiento fue la calidez humana de los anfitriones porque te hacen sebtir como en casa. El desayuno es delicioso, fue como si estar en casa de un familiar. Esperamls volver pronto y lo recomendamos ampliamente.
