The room was clean. The staff had a little trouble, figuring out that we were two separate parties in two separate rooms with one reservation. It took them forever to bring a water kettle to the room.

Clean room and nice lobby. Appreciated the sundries available. Older property, parking garage uses same entrance and exit, standing water and not well lit.

Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare – Rosemont by IHG
The airport shuttle was wonderful. We had a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately housekeeping woke us up by knocking and opening the door at 8:15. With our time change that was 5:15am and we were NOT ready to wake up. When I shared my frustration with the front desk I felt dismissed. Bummer.
