  • Completely rehabbed 2 bedroom 1 bathroom high end, garden floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

    unit amenities: 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer in the unit.

    For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.
