Perfect Fit

This was a good match for us with very close proximity for visiting family. Everything we needed was available, including guest parking passes. The apartment was clean and the door codes gave simple and easy access to the space. Very comfortable beds also! Hopefully, we will be able to stay here again in the future.

I loved the unit that we stayed in. Had amazing beds and felt right at home. Very opening living room. Only downside was the bathroom / sink was a little small. Would stay again!

Nice clean and quiet spot close to best of Chicago

This spot is tucked away on a quiet little one way but it's close to great restaurants and the fun spots of Chicago. The owner responded quickly to all my questions and made sure that I had a pleasant stay. I'll try and book this again when I'm in town.

Cheryl’s property was so clean and well-appointed. We also loved the free parking. The only change I would make would be to add a few lamps for reading. We would definitely stay there again!

Cheryl’s place was perfect for us!

Cheryl’s place is clean, cozy, and was the perfect amount of space for three of us! Check-in was easy, and Cheryl left us some sparkling and flat water, and a bottle of wine! It was the perfect location for us based on the activities we wanted to do in the city over the weekend, and reasonably priced! I would recommend her place to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again!

Great place for weekend stay in Chicago

Location was very nice. Clean and well taken care of, matched description. Neighborhood was quiet but very close to several restaurants and this to do along Ashland Ave. In Chicago for a class located in West Loop, so this was a great location. Neighbors nice in area so it was great for walking places.

Perfect location for Salt Shed shows

Some friends and I were in town to see our favorite band at the Salt Shed and Cheryl’s place was the perfect spot for us. Great walkable location with lots of restaurants, stores, and coffee shops nearby. We walked home from the Salt Shed one night (about 20 min walk) and it felt safe and doable with a group. Neighbors were friendly and Cheryl was available for any questions that came up. Parking was provided with parking passes. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay at Cheryl’s place!!!

We stayed at Cheryl’s Place over a weekend in September and we couldn’t have asked for more! It was an adorable apartment with everything you need!!! The beds were super comfortable and we loved the decor! The location was ideal for us; we were within walking distance to the trains and there were so many delicious places to eat nearby!!! Cheryl was a wonderful host; she provided parking permits for us each day that we stayed so we never had to worry about parking and she always answered all of our questions! We would love to and hope to stay there again on another visit to Chicago!!! Thank you, Cheryl, for such a pleasant stay!!!

Comfort in the City

Super comfy, cute and clean apartment. Really close to the city. It was an easy walk to Division street to have dinner and enjoy a few drinks with friends. We just walked to the end of the block and took the Ashland bus to a Cubs game. Also our host Cheryl was great she gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. We will definitely stay at Cheryl’s place next time we come to town.

Work trip to chicago

My work collegue and I stayed here for a short trip in Chicago. I loved how there was parking available (either behind the property or street parking). It was super easy to communicate with the host and I received prompt replies to my questions. The kitchen, bathroom and the entire place was fully stocked and ready to be used. I felt super comfortable. The air conditioning was with window units, and we each had one in our bedrooms as well, which made it very comfortable. I would definately stay again.

Clean and good location, but...1.) Gas stove defective. Valve would not turn off. Dangerous and felt sick for several hours after event.2.) Internet works fine for email. However, had a couple of work Zoom meetings to attend. Video froze and unable to attend.3.) Bedroom tiny and no bureau for clothes.4.)Bathroom sink tiny. (Like on an airplane). Needed to bend over and open the cabinet to get my face near it for brushing my teeth.

Everything was great. Host is exceptional. She communicates just what I want.. very straitforward, honest. Place is just what we needed. Parking was not a problem with provided passes. If you don't know the code word on vrbo for cozy it is typically small. The bedrooms have room for a bed but it was comfortable. Everything we wanted was there.. even the small things. Kitchen and bath items are provided no question. It's a busy area seemingly but was quiet for us. Living area.kitchen and bath are all very good and set up nicely. Host helps with little things. Small examples include instructions for TV and parking. Wifi worked great. Very enjoyable stay and the host is so easy to work with. I recommend
