We had a great stay at this property, everything is new ans also have an enclosed parkimg spot. it is 10min walk to the green line train station that goes straight to downtown. Owner is very attentive.

Convenient base of operations for Oak Park IL

Wonderful apartment with plenty of space for 3 of us on a work-related trip to Oak Park. Comfortable over a range of temperatures, nice kitchen facilities, excellent laundry, spotlessly clean. Quiet with the windows closed, beautiful deck in the back we used the first (warm) day we were there. Nice one parking space on premise. Only minor issues were top (third) floor location/walk up when toting groceries and TV was a bit difficult to use. Would love to stay there again!

Amazing Host & Property!!

Roxana was extremely attentive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Property was very modern and clean. It stood out beautifully from the older buildings in the neighborhood. Even though we were only there to sleep, as we were attending a festival the majority of the day, the little time we did have there had little to no complaints! Additionally, the one included parking spot made us feel more confident that we would have parking close to the house when arriving home from the festival around 1am! Definitely a must stay if you’re looking to stay in the area, you wont regret it!

First Time Using VRBO

I was slightly apprehensive about using a VRBO, but everything was wonderful. Location was close to where we wanted to be (Oak Park) and the unit was very clean and comfortable. The property owner was extremely responsive. I had a number of questions prior to arriviing which were answered promptly. Upon arrival, I had problems opening the door with a code (my fault) and the owner sent someone out immediately to assist. I forgot a hair dryer and one was furnished upon request. Very nice people and very welcoming.

Had a great time in Chicago and had a great host. Condo is clean and beautiful with ample space to spread out. There was a black party in progress the night we checked in, so that was a bit of a surprise, but not a big deal. Had two minor issues while we stayed, but Roxy was great with replying and fixing the issues. Location is about a half mile from the Central green line station, so it is super easy to get into the city. Overall great time and we will stay again next time we visit!
