We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the wonderful smell of bacon cooking in the morning from the restaurant below and pizza cooking in the evening from the restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

This was a very convienient location with easy access to groceries, restaurants, cool bars, and the CTA. We were in town for a concert and the condo was the perfect location. Having a secure, assigned parking spot came in handy as well. Great stay!

Wonderful area

We absolutely love the area where this condo is. So many thing to do within walking distance and short Ubers rides to all that we wanted to do. All the bars and restaurants in the area had such good food and everyone was so friendly!! Highly recommend.

Great Location and Quiet!

This was the perfect place to stay for us. Our son lived just 10 blocks away - an easy walk - and we could meet up with him by walking or Uber. Pequod’s is just across the street, along with many other restaurants. The condo is beautifully insulated; street noise is minimal because of this.

Nice condo and good location

The condo for the perfect location for us. It was a nice long walk to Lincoln park and close to many other sites. We were traveling with our two doggies and there was a nearby dog-friendly park. Stacy was very good about communications. The parking was convenient and secure.

This property is in a great location for the Lincoln Park area and was clean. Unfortunately the gate to the parking did not work, so we had to find a place to put our car. But overall, I would stay there again.

Spent 4 nights around my nieces’ graduation. We had a wonderful time and the location is great. There were restaurants all around us and we even had time for massage (8 min walking away) and a hair cut (3 min. away). Near Whole Foods and much more. Would recommend highly.

Great place! Very spacious living area. Bedrooms smallish but fine. Attention to comfort. Typical compromises of old buildings - small bathrooms and steep stairs up. Great location. Property manager communicated well, as good as any we’ve tried. Parking a big plus. We loved our stay!

Nice neighborhood!

We were happy to find this place and be able to book it one day prior to our arrival (our other property we had booked since March cancelled last minute). Stacy was very communicative about everything and responded to all our messages quickly. The condo was nice. Bathrooms were small but worked. Great pizza across the street at Pequods. It was a 0.7 mile walk to the closest train station. It was a nice area that as out of towners we felt safe in. No complaints!

Spacious, comfortable space in Lincoln Park

Our daughter is a senior at a university in Chicago. We have been staying at STRs for the past 3.5 years. This was by far the largest unit we’ve rented. It is conveniently located near several restaurants and a movie theater. Our daughter lives in Lakeview and this apartment is close to her as well. Parking space is best for a small suv or a sedan. Stacy was super easy to deal with and attentive to what we needed. Great stay!

Chicago Getaway

Stacy was super easy to communicate with. She sent detailed messages with check in & out process. Easy to follow. Responded immediately to my messages. We couldn't have been happier with the location. Wonderful neighborhood with plenty to do/eat/drink within walking distance. Easy walk to the bus to get to the train as well. The condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 couples and had everything we needed. Only cooked one meal, but the kitchen was well stocked for it. I appreciated the fact that the refrigerator was not completely empty- had butter and condiments and even a beer which my husband was stoked about upon arrival. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chicago. This was our first visit and we all loved it.

Great Location- Perfect for Work and Play!

We loved our stay here. Loved the accessibilty to highways, great food, super walkable and parking included was huge! The surrounding neighborhoods are vibrant and welcoming and we loved being able to get to the city fairly quickly. The place was very well stocked and both beds and pillows were comfortable. I would say be prepared to download a Roku remote on your phone if you like to watch TV and you need to be able to handle a "walk up" style unit with several stairs. We were there for work so had some lugging with client gifts etc - but it worked out- just something to be aware of. We also had a large SUV and the parking was a little tight but we also made that work! Just need a little patience with pulling in/out. All in all- great stay and would definitely stay again! Loved the manager checked in with us to make sure we were all good!
