On the entry level floor are the two large bedrooms with KING beds and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom comes equipped with a walk-in closet. The 2nd level greets you with a modern kitchen, living area, and PRIVATE outdoor patio. Along with the units, you also have access to the amenity floor with lounge area, pool , gym, doggy care, and more! Guest access: You have full access to the unit and the amenity floor, equipped with a pool, gym, lounge, and more! 📌Other things to note The HVAC system is unique because it is a single duct system, meaning that it only blows heat or cool at a time - depending on the time of the year (set by City law). We provide fans and a floor HVAC unit within the property for the transition months. There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level.
