The staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good - breakfast potatoes are always delish. My room, on the other hand, was extremely disappointing. I was surprised by the condition. The entry door was missing the deadbolt or extra lock usually on their doors. And the trim where it typically would be had open screw holes where the lock should have been. The supply closet door in the bedroom was missing a doorknob with open holes where that should have been. There were clumps of hair on the carpet in the living room along with lint, which made it appear it hadn’t been vacuumed. Stains on the couch. Dirt on the bathroom door, etc. the bedsheets appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable. I was only staying one night and not spending much time in the room so I didn’t report it to the staff. It definitely needs a refresh/refurb and perhaps I was put in a suite that is at the top of the list (hopefully).

Room was pretty clean, the property was pretty well maintained. The hot tub was out of order for our entire stay, which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
