AC didn’t work, slept in 78° every evening, and even after communicating the issue, nothing was resolved. Washer & dryer were listed as “in unit,” yet were in basement of building where it was shared amongst other tenants & barber shop (beard/hair clippings were found in our “clean sheets”) and feet away from multiple rat sightings/trash piles. Fridge water system didn’t work, and the Brita didn’t have a filter that worked properly, toaster also didn’t work, even though listed in description. Code to exterior door was changed during stay, and no notification was given. Stranded outside until host replied with new code. Tv services weren’t available as mentioned, so had to log into our own streaming apps. Loved staying in Old Town, but the listing & communication could’ve been a lot better. ##### Emily S.
