It's the small details that make it extraordinary. We had a very minor issue and Doug responded and had it fixed at 7:30 in the morning. Some have commented on the stairs, and yes there are a lot, but that was the beauty of separating our guests when they needed personal space. We will definitely be back! I was not given the several pages of instructions and key codes until the morning of my stay. We were already driving from Ohio and given the extensive requirements we decided to check in before our evening event to be sure all was well. We were late to our event and never felt relaxed due to all of the rules. ##### Ellen G. There was plenty of space for all of us. The fourth floor bedroom was quite large and had additional sofa and tv for an extra living space. Communication with owner was seamless, location perfect. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found street parking nearby. I would highly recommend this property. ##### Lisa K. Beds were super comfy and the place came with all of the amenities. The location is great and right by some great bars and restaurants as well. We had a family girls weekend with my grandma, mom, aunts, cousins and sisters and had 11 of us total staying here. It was perfect!
