Walking distance to top-notch coffee shops and restaurants, with a great park/dog park across the street. Kevin was a responsive host who frequently checked in to make sure we had what we needed! Parking is sometimes hard to come by, especially at night, as this apartment is on a busy street. Our group had the best weekend in Chicago while staying at Kevin’s place. It was so clean, was in a great location, and had everything we needed. We felt comfortable there immediately and Kevin was great at communicating. Check in/check out couldn’t have been easier which was really the icing on the cake. It was 4 adults in our group but would be a great spot for kids as well with the park right across the street and the extra bedrooms. Between sight seeing and college visits, this place was a great space to rest and recoup. Quiet family neighborhood near the blue line and on the bus routes. Ample size kitchen with all the amenities and washer/dryer for those times you get caught in a soaker or winter storm. The living space and dining area is sufficient for catching up, playing board games or reading (books were also provided)! The bathroom is on the small side so plan accordingly when sharing with a crew. Nice to have a bathtub too if you have a family with small children staying. The apartment was clean as well. As far as proximity to the Loop or Logan Square, there is a bus stop right on the corner so one could ride the bus to the train station or to all the goodness that is Logan Square. Lots of dining options in and around the area. The park across the street is nice and walking around the area was pleasant. If you drive, street parking is free in and around the area, just know everyone is doing it. The bonus of the property is it’s location so it seemed it was easier to find a spot in front or on the other side of the street. Overall, a great value for family or friends and close enough to the Loop that you don’t feel like it takes all day to get there! ##### Amy B.
