Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Contact with the on-site team was very good, and they were responsive to my requests and helpful. The infrastructure is very pleasant. However, I regret that the 2 bedrooms had no windows, making them stuffy at night and difficult to ventilate. I also regret that the only windows in the apartment overlooked the garbage cans.
