Wonderful location and large room.

Posted 26-Apr-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy elevator; restaurant improvements should be done in May
Location: Willis Tower, Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile and State Street shops
The bed was comfortable and the location perfect for seeing the loop. We missed the new pub by a few weeks so was disappointed there wasn't a restaurant on-site. We found cheaper parking nearby instead of using the valet service.

Great location

Posted 25-Apr-2017
Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean, neat room. Love the location of the hotel.
Cons: Nothing. I had a great stay.
Location: Blocks away from The Art Institute and Millennium Park. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Buses and trains are nearby to help me get around.
I was in Chicago for the weekend to do some sight seeing at the city's finest museums. I really liked the location of Central Loop Hotel. I would say it is about 4-5 blocks away from The Art Institute of Chicago and the Magnificent Mile. It is also very close to public transit. Staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a very nice stay at the Central Loop Hotel. I certainly would go back to the hotel whenever I am in town.

Great hotel and great location!

Posted 25-Apr-2017
Pros: Friendliness of staff, location, and how quiet things were overnight.
Cons: N/A
Location: Lots of great restaurants and bars, Karaoke at Brando's, great rooftop bar at the Plymouth.
I was looking for an inexpensive room in the Loop to rest after a long day of business meetings. The room was small but more than adequate for my needs. It was very quiet and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

OK hotel

Posted 18-Apr-2017
Pros: Friendly staff and cleanliness. Also decent facilities, gym, business centre etc.
Cons: Minor details like well-functioning remote controls, ensure that water bottles are stocked near water dispensers, ensure all things work properly
Location: near to downtown
Small rooms but clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff but a few minor irritations. Remote control for TV did not work properly. Water fountain in the gym was not working. No prior notice that their restaurant was being renovated, important if I want to charge my meals to my credit card and claim it as a hotel expense.

Convenient Hotel Lots of Noise

Posted 31-Mar-2017
Nice location in the loop, even on the weekend. Some restaurants closed but there were some good ones in walking distance. The biggest issue was noise. All day (except from 9 pm-8 AM). There was some noise that was shaking our room- almost like a door opening and closing above us constantly. It woke us up in the morning and disturbed our time in the room. When the front desk attendant was told, he apologized but didn't try and do any other service recovery.

hotel is in the city,

temp is set to 72 degrees you cannot adjust it by controlling thermostat. you have to stay with 72 degrees, no matter how it's cold inside. water pressure at the shower booth is also too wick. it feels like water is leaking. it takes time your entire body to get wet.
