Our big selling point was that we would all have our own bed. The beds and surfaces were clean and tidy, but the floors could use some work. Our socks turned black in no time without us wearing shoes in the unit. The bathroom floor felt dingy to us as well. The location was great, we were able to walk to many places we wanted to go. Overall we liked the place. If your group takes a bit to get ready, it can be a little difficult with the one bathroom.
