It’s in a great safe location for getting just about anywhere in the city. There’s a parking garage across the street that you can get great deals with using Spot Hero. Our family of 5 (two parents, three kids) had plenty of space. The newly updated kitchen is very pretty. It is a short walk to many restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo. There was room for everyone. Dan was very responsive and handled all of my issues. The stairwell had an odor and the alley did not feel safe, but those are things out of Dan’s control. Lots of beds Cons: entry to apartment is super sketchy. Dark and dangerous at night. The hallway to the apartment dirty. Noise is quite loud for 5am garbage pickup. Furnishings very tired. The communication to the owner was great. The location is nice. Its a short walk to a bus stop and Lincoln Park. There was a problem with the hot water and the owner immediately contacted someone to fix it. The only thing that needs to improve is the kitchen utensils. The kitchen has nice appliances and room to cook but was lacking some necessary items. If you want to eat out or just eat breakfast there it is fine. If you want to make meals they will have to add some items. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 for the overall rating. ##### BRENT R.
