Walk to the Lincoln Park Zoo, Nature Preserve, Lilly Pond, North Pond, sports fields, North Avenue Beach and more! \> 10 min to downtown: Miracle Mile, River North, The Loop, Millennium Park, Museum Campus, and more! \> 10 min to Wrigley Field \> 5 min to Michelin Star restaurants, including Esme just one block away \> 30 min to O'hare \> 30 min to Midway Note: blinds replacement in process The Space: This is a three-story townhome. The ground floor has the full kitchen, living room, dining room and entryway with bikes. Access to the private patio (outdoor dining table, umbrella, sectional, lounge chairs, sunsetter, grill and smoker) is through the living room. A spiral staircase takes you up to the top floor and down to a finished basement. The top floor contains bedroom #1 (king bed), bedroom #2/office (queen sofa bed, twin bunk beds, dedicated workspace, HD TV), and a full bathroom. The finished basement contains an extra large sectional sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a projector screen and mini fridge. In-unit laundry is located within the basement in a walk-in closet. Guest Access: You'll have access to my entire home, and you're welcome to use everything you have access to. There are a few closets that are locked for my personal storage, but you'll have access to the basement closet for laundry and one closet in each bedroom. Great location two blocks from Lincoln Park and the Zoo, tons of restaurant options. The outdoor space is private and roomy with plenty of furniture and equipment. Couch in the "entertainment cave" downstairs is huge and could sleep a couple (maybe three) kids easily. The kitchen is small -- I wouldn't throw any dinner parties here -- but very well stocked and equipped. Great communication with the host, easy access.
