A beautiful 2+-bedroom house that sleeps 5 (plus couch) in Chicago’s East Ukrainian Village. This is in a charming neighborhood with tree-lined streets. An urban oasis – an 1878 rehabbed house with art-filled walls close to downtown and walking distance to the United Center. Exposed brick, vaulted ceiling, six skylights, a large living room, a newer kitchen. A beautiful backyard – a large private deck, chairs around a gas firepit table, and a grassy area. Across the street is a school playground, soccer field, basketball, and running track. Amenities include: Ample parking from 4:30 pm to 7:00 AM (non-school hours) and weekends and holidays; normal parking during weekdays. Dogs under 45 pounds allowed for fee. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower for guests to relax and unwind. 2 night minimum stay. No parties. Book now and enjoy everything this bungalow has to offer. Note: there is not a fireplace indoors. There is a gas firepit table in the yard for your enjoyment.
