"The property is new and very clean. The amenities are nice. Simone was super friendly and helped us with many questions. Honestly, the rest of the staff, not so much. The area is nice for walking around despite the busy traffic. Everything closes at 8 except fine restaurants that you need a reservation for. Highly recommend the hotel but don’t think we’ll return Genoa."

"Beautiful room with beautiful balcony view. Not a lot of English could be understood by locals and staff but we made do. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable other than the pillows which could use an upgrade. Breakfast was good. Hotel mentioned they had a hot tub/jacuzzi but we were a bit disappointed to find they were only available to private rooms."

"Bathrooms very outdated with mildew in the shower doors No smart TVs and very hard mattress. Parking has an elevator to come up only!!! Useless and it is also like 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Breakfast was decent"
