Given that many travelers will have exhausting days in Chiang Mai, I would think this will be an issue for many. What's worse is the internet connection in some of the rooms. Be prepared for the WiFi connection to drop more than a dozen times a day. Re-setting the router fixes things but you have to tell the staff twice a day to do it. Everythings is good and basic, you can find the thing you need, best for backpackers. Clean, quiet and convenient location; friendly and helpful staff are all around. Tips for travelers: hotel locates at the southern part of the old city, if you join local day tour, you would be pick up first, means you need to get up earlier. Suggestions for hotel improvements: could consideration provision of small towels, toiletries and hair dryers in the rooms. I like the bath gel though.
