The only problem was that the connection of the wifi was very slow and it disconnected itself. Also, note that this hotel is next to a busy main road, the street noise can disturb you. The street outside should be finished with construction soon - then it will be ideal for walking directly into the old town. Really nice bathroom products too. The area is across from the Chiang Mai Gate Night Market and directly behind is Wat Phan Waen Thai Massage School and you can easily walk into all the attractions. The Sunday Baker cafe has really good breakfast/brunch items. Their croissant was so airy and buttery. Easily one of my favorite stays near the Old City as many places in the Old City are "Old".
