Loved this place on Chiang Mai. Even booked an extra night. It was in a quiet area in the old city. Clean room, friendly staff, lovely pool . Breakfast included. It would have been better if the eggs were cooked to order as they were quite cold on a few occasions. There was free coffee/tea from a machine in reception and water to top up your bottles. You could buy beer, fizzy drinks etc from reception and these were same price as outside.

The staff was very nice and helpful in arranging an elephant sanctuary tour and even opened the kitchen early for us so we could breakfast and make the tour pickup! Spacious family room. Excellent location in center of Old City. Clean. Quiet, for the exception of plumbing pipes that banged - a simple plumbing fix of a hammer arrestor could help there ;)

If you want a clean, convenient and quiet hotel, this is the place for you. Our family stayed here for four days and we have only have good things to say about it. The staff are hard working and the hotel is a serene oasis in thr bustling city. Great value for money. We would stay here again. It was fantastic!

A great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai

This is a great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai, just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Wat Chedi Luang Temple complex. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is very quiet at night and yet there are lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Stayed in a family suite. It was great for our needs and easily accessible to all the amenities in the area. The Sunday night market was right outside and an easy walk to Chinatown. The staff was amazing.

It was a very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Its too far to walk to most places and the beach in front of the hotel is not big enough to relax, the waves come all the way up to the seawall so there is no place to put your stuff.

Value for money stay

Excellent location in the old town, a little away from the bigger streets so it was quiet during the night The hotel itself is a little old and worn, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable, but everything is clean and kept in as nice shape as possible without upgrading. No extra lock on the door though, so except for the chain, there was nothing to tell me if the door was actually locked from the inside, which was a little unsettling as i was traveling alone Breakfast was decent with 2 choices of eggs, toast, cereal, fruit and some local hot food options
