Front desk staff went above and beyond to help me sort out my overnight bus ticket that I had booked on the wrong day. Then, I was allowed to gang around the pool and hotel until latrper in the afternoon as I had a late bus back to Bangcok. Rooms are comfortable with a bathtub! Pool is clean and large. Breakfast was a feast of Thai and Western. Only issue is pool closes much too early at. 7 pm. And no top up for daily toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo. You’d expect those as it’s a “hotel”. Breakfast was way too simple and staff are slow. The hotel is overall very noisy, and seems to be located near a nightclub, with the thumping music audible in my room until after midnight. The room was okay, and was at least clean. The bathroom was below par, with the shower being an attachment on the wall, set around 4 feet above the tub, making showering very difficult. The breakfast was also poor - arriving at 8am, the sausages and eggs were cold, due to the steam trays having no heating. The room itself was ok. Not much of a view but there was a tub which I enjoyed.
