"There was a huge confusion upon check-in; hotel front desk manager was blaming Expedia for not paying them. He went on to demand I pay for the hotel stay immediately and provide another card. He mentioned they kept trying to charge the card on file and payment did not go through. after 30 minutes or so, he finally said everything looked fine after an update and provided the room key."

However, there were large, rowdy crowds outside until 3 in the morning, which made for a very restless night. We could hear the soors to our neighbors opening and closing repeatedly which was very loud as well. The hotel was lovely, the atmosphere and location, not so much."
