"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. "Great for stop over for the airport very easy to get to and from airport via the T5 pod service (additional charge applies) there is parking on site we didn’t used there was a small shop on site however this looked closed both on arrival about 22:00 and when we left at 11:00 the follow morning "

"Nice hotel overall with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. However, there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. At dinner, our food arrived before our drinks, which felt a bit disorganised and took away from the meal. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing and something we would have expected at this level. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it even better."

"Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"
