"The flat was conveniently located with plenty of shops and restaurants/takeaway food establishments close by. The host was helpful and dropped towels off quickly as they had not been left in the flat when we arrived. The flat was clean with the sofa bed in the living room in being in quite a poor state. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable but uneaven. "

"There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No...
