The host was helpful and dropped towels off quickly as they had not been left in the flat when we arrived. The flat was clean with the sofa bed in the living room in being in quite a poor state. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable but uneaven. "

On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners.
