Private parking is available on the property. A 200 m² terrace and unfenced garden (south-facing). Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (high-quality 140x190 sofa bed) and shower room/toilet. Upstairs/mezzanine: 1 open-plan bedroom (two 80x200cm twin beds). Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair, 2 adult bikes, and a tumble dryer. Boat trips with the owner are available, and airport shuttle service is available upon request.
