This hotel is ok for one night. Our room was clean, and the hotel smelled nice. The beds and pillows, however, were very uncomfortable. The breakfast is average hotel breakfast. Staff was very nice. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Ruby Falls and I’m a huge Hampton fan, but if I were to ever return to the area I’d choose the one downtown. It didn’t quite meet my expectations.

We greatly enjoyed the pool and water slide. We had it to ourselves when we arrived at 6:45 pm. While we slept well, I noticed our room was dirty. Spots on TV. Dirt and stains on the rug. Window was filthy. Good hotel but room needed a deep clean.
