Charming little house, 250 meters from the beach

  • Charming little house of 30m2 with terrace 250 m from the beach.
    In a quiet area set back from the street by a small alley of 15 metres.
    100 metres from the park (mini golf, children's games, concerts in summer). Train station nearby (15 minutes to La Rochelle). Bicycles and Plancha available. La Rochelle and Fouras (To see Fort Boyard for example) 15 minutes by car. Carrefour city and covered market 8 minutes walk away
    Aquatic centre 20min walk away
    Thalasso 30 minutes by foot or 7 minutes by car
    Ideal for a family holiday for 4, 6 really max.
    Separate bedroom, has a mezzanine with 2 single beds downstairs and a double bed at the top of the stairs (pictured)
    TV reception can be capricious depending on the weather conditions
    Baby bath, high chair, cot and potty available. Small shower cubicle in 80*80
    Children's plates, cups and cutlery available
    Dishwasher, washing machine.
    It's a key box, it's our second home, I won't be there to welcome you
    Arrive from 5pm, check out at 10am. It can be flexible, contact me
    Be careful to warn me in advance if there is an animal, in principle I do not apply additional fees but in case of non-respect of the premises (hair everywhere, droppings...) additional cleaning fees can be claimed on the deposit

Maison mignonne et propre, petite cours agréable mais attention a ne pas parler trop fort car voisine juste en face . Lit de bonne qualité, canapé confortable, Petit problème avec les toilettes qui sont collés contre le mur, et douche trop etroite( de notre avis mauvaise conception dans le volume et problème avec la télé aucune connection que ce soit temps ensoleillé ou pluie( réception défectueuse ( amélioration a effectuer) . La cuisine est bien équipée, Sinon, tout est tres silencieux, aucun bruit, on a passé une très bonne semaine . Le propriétaire est tres gentil, et tres reactif ( grill pain défectueux faisant dijoncter reaction du propriétaire, envoie d un nouveau grill pain le lendemain ce qui est tres gentil merci a lui

Très bon logement

Situation du logement parfaite. un peu en retrait de l'axe principal de la ville, très proche de la plage, des commerces, de la piste cyclable et de la gare, sans avoir les désagréments dues au bruit. 12 min en train de La Rochelle ou de Rochefort, 4€ l'aller-retour/pers., imbattable au vue des prix du stationnement sur la rochelle. Tout ce qui est décrit est présent sur place, c'est parfait. Seul bémol la taille de la douche, dommage qu'elle ne soit un peu plus large... pour ma taille ;). Le stationnement étant libre dans la rue, il peut parfois être difficile de trouver une place en journée en pleine saison, mais nous avons réussit pratiquement tous les jours à s'y garer. Au vue de la situation, du prix très correct de la location, et de la disponibilité du propriétaire, je recommande sans hésitation.

Maison propre, accès facile, explications claires pour utilisation du matériel mis à disposition. Période de juin très calme du quartier et voisins. Sommes très contents de cette location.Bonne communication avec loueur.

Je ne sais pas ce que veut dire titre

On nous avait dit qu'il y avait un bain à remous en fait il y a une douche et pour y entrer on doit se mettre de profil car l'ouverture est très difficile d'accès. Les toilettes sont trop pres du mur donc on doit s'asseoir de côté de plus j'ai reçu un message du propriétaire comme quoi je n'avais pas respecté les consignes de départ pour les poubelles mais quand nous sommes arrivés elles n'avais pas été vidées. Voilà c'est tout ce que j'avais à dire

Calme et bien situé.

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Très bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces, des marchés et du parc. On peut tout faire à pied. Il est très bien équipé. Linge de maison, de lit, fournitures de base en cuisine et salle de bain. NB: l'accès à la douche peut être un peu compliqué pour les personnes très "enrobées". Le propriétaire est très prévenant et attentif. Nous avons aussi pu stationner sans problème dans la rue. Bref le top..

Excellent séjour

Nous avons bien dormi au calme, bonne literie. Salon avec un canapé confortable également. Une petite terrasse très agréable. Ce logement est parfait pour un couple.
