"Very loud room near the pub"

"It was raining hard and snow on the alps so very beautiful scenery. The stars at reception and in restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, nuts, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries, hot drinks. I could go on. I’m sure in-season the place will be buzzing and amenities open so will Come back. "

"We booked this hotel because it said it had a restaurant, bar and spa. However, none of these were open and over two nights stay we did not see a single member of staff. The booking details said reception open to 8:00pm but it was closed when we arrived at 6:00pm. "

"The hotel is an old one that needs some maintenance and updating. Rooms are small and as others have mentioned one can hear complete conversations of your neighbors. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and helpful, the food was great and it is located within walking distance to the Summit and Main Range trek. It is the only hotel open in the summer season in Charlotte Pass. All in all I would stay again. "
