Located just off Warren Street, the is a prime location with off-street driveway parking! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, Spritz features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. Second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed, and luxury linens, and is complete with a full ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms are also located on the second level, with a full guest bathroom off of the main bedroom hall. Each of the guest bedrooms with its own Queen-size bed and luxury linens. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. The kitchen also features a spacious center island with a built-in breakfast bar with seating. Second-floor porch off of the master overlooks a spacious landscaped backyard with illuminated palm trees and a cozy patio with seating. Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. You will park your car(s) in the driveway to the right of the home. You may have to open the gate if not already. It is a single lane driveway. This is a very narrow driveway and is ideal for compact cars. SUV's will fit but it is an extremely tight driveway. Vehicles wider than 83" will have the most difficulty accessing the driveway. This home was so charming, comfortable and in a great location for our family. Lots of comfortable spaces to relax, wonderful kitchen with everything you would ever need, the backyard was perfect to relax after a long day of running, shopping and eating. Big open living spaces. (We set aside the coffee table because of our toddlers) Well stocked kitchen. Nice yard. And a great location. Rented a great crib and it fit nicely in the bedroom. The accommodations were perfect! The location couldn’t have been better! The kitchen was a great place to cook and hang out together. The backyard and upstairs porch were fun places to relax!
