Our group traveled from several states for a family reunion. The house is very accommodating for a group of 8 and it’s location was an easy walking distance to King St and the French Quarter. Wonderfully updated house—perfect for four couples! Could have used more bath/hand towels, more bath soap, more dishes and cooking utensils for larger groups. Great that every bedroom has a private bath, but some of the bathrooms are very small and contain a tiny sink which was a little difficult for some. Location is not great, had to walk quite a ways to get to the nicer area of the downtown. ##### Arlene K. Very much as pictured. Enjoyed stay. Con: Parking. The house sleeps 8 easily. Parking does not accommodate a full size suv or truck. If two vehicles or large vehicle is required parking space inadequate. On street or paid parking at a garage is required. Unfortunate for such a nice space. The location is great, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and everything looks new. I would recommend stocking the kitchen with a few basics such salt and pepper. I would recommend a blow dryer for each bathroom as well. The parking lot is very tight and the house only has one assigned space. Parking is not avaliable on the street. There is a small separate unit in the back which is not part of the house and another small building on the back of the parking lot which is not pictured. There are many places which are convenient to walk to and uber and lyft was reasonable for every where else we went in the city. Would we stay there again? Yes. It was more economical than hotels rooms of the same quality and we spent lots of time together in the common living space. ##### Iris U.
