Clean, Private, Modern Farmhouse Style Home Close to Downtown!

  • Located just outside of downtown Charleston, this charming, modern farmhouse home is cozy and inviting. On a quiet, dead-end street with just one neighbor, this 3/2 house has everything you'll need for your Charleston getaway. We are very close to downtown Charleston-less than 10 minutes. Uber or Lyft are your best bet if you do not have a car. We provide all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, as well as free wifi, parking, and laundry. Additionally, we have a Roku smart TV for your entertainment. We'd love to have you at this modern farmhouse home!

    The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $95 fee.

    PLEASE NOTE: We are located in a diverse, working-class neighborhood. Please keep this in mind while booking. There is a mix of residential and industrial buildings around this home.
