Modern Downtown Charleston Condo

  • Find an oasis of calm in a recently refurbished apartment done in soothing neutral tones from the rugs to soft gray paintwork. Traditional touches are still found in the wainscoting and wood trim as well as a comfy wing chair in the living room.

    The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

    We are available to make your visit to historic Charleston a memorable escape to absorb the southern hospitality and charm of this world renowned destination. We will provide check-in instructions one week prior to your arrival, but if you have any questions in the meantime, we’ll be happy to answer them. One of our staff members will always be in town if you need anything, but you will be sure to have full and complete privacy while enjoying your stay.

    Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. Main streets are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine.
