Traditional touches are still found in the wainscoting and wood trim as well as a comfy wing chair in the living room. The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book. Good location, just half mile from King Street and an easy walk. There is no need to pay for on-site parking. Just get the street parking passes. The A/C works well. The bedrooms are cute. The washer and dryer are useful. We had street parking passes. Sometimes we had to drive around for a while before we could find a space. Super clean, modern, and easy! The natural light in the space is stunning. We got the street parking permits and didn’t have any trouble finding parking. We couldn’t hear any neighbors (we were on the top floor so no one above us). The Spanish restaurant next door was SO delicious. The sound machines were a wonderful touch, having instructions on how to use them would have been helpful but we eventually figured them out. Water pressure in showers was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots and utensils. Oven/stove was a little touchy-set off the smoke detector boiling water. Highly recommend for families or girls trips.
