The home is in a great location and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The home was furnished with anything you may need including coffee, dish soap, pots/pans/ dishes, glassware, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryers. Check-in was smooth and communication with the owner was always quick. Jamie was very easy to work with. The parking permit is a plus and nice to have a dedicated place to park. The courtyard area was so nice and we saw people daily cleaning the fountains, blowing leaves off the walkways, etc. It was very clean and well-kept. There is construction on a building right by the property so there was construction noise each morning at 7 am; this has nothing to do with the owners or the property - but just a heads up in case you are staying here in the near future. The property was well kept with lots of beautiful outdoor spaces. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants on King St and having a parking spot was very helpful for our short car rides. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but just want you needed. The amenities were more than expected. There is a beautiful courtyard just out the door if you have a few moments to just sit outside. We needed to place to stay, near King St., for our family (six of us) to attend a wedding. While physical appearance of the unit completely met our expectations, it was the surrounding grounds on the site that was even more impressive! Small, intimate seating areas around small fountains or gas fireplaces made the stay even better for us to "host" other members of the wedding party on our last night.
