The Broad Street Residences include 9 residential dwellings, all posted based on Availability. Located on coveted and historic Broad Street, these residences are some of our most in demand properties. Currently, the Garden Cottage 1 br, 1 bath home, a Private Home, with private lawn & patio is Available now!

Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
