This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a great time at this house. The area has really transformed over the past couple years and grabbing a quick coffee or nice dinner are all in walking distance. Plus the parking was very easy which is a bonus with luggage and kids :)
Great house with large rooms and beds! Communication with property management was great and easy! Also appreciate an easy check in and being located close to convenient stores and walking distance of a lot of great places.
Lovely Charleston house with creative design elements. Our teens enjoyed the vibe and space. Super clean and had everything we needed. Speedy owner response to questions.
This is a wonderfully located 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home with lots of "walk to" options, including bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and Charleston sights. The property is old and historic, but has all the modern features including a great room / kitchen that's perfect for hosting family functions and connections. We had one minor glitch that the manager/host quickly solved. We would rent here again!
My youngest son got married in Charleston over the 4th of July weekend; and because I have 3 sons and grandchildren, I wanted a house where we could all stay together, as opposed to individual hotel rooms. I was stunned at the beauty of each room. Although the house is fabulously old, the decor of each room is modern, and unique. We had one slight problem, and it was solved within the hour by a charming young man (who checked on us later in the week,) This is a great location as well.
Five stars all around. We had one parking issue that was resolved very quickly. Owner was responsive ...even answering questions about downtown Charleston. Great experience.
We were in Charleston for a Mother-Daughter weekend and the place was perfect. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We also had the remnants of a hurricane causing lots of rain, and the house and location was perfect. Only call out is description of bedrooms as they are across 3 floors (which was fine) and one bedroom is very small and connected with another - almost like a large closet space. Was fine for us, but just wanted to flag for others as it was not something that I identified with the description or pictures online.
