Upgraded Oceanfront Condo with Private Balcony

  • Welcome to this inviting 1st-floor oceanfront retreat, where modern coastal style meets effortless comfort for the perfect beach getaway. The bright and relaxing living area features a plush leather reclining sofa and a large 40” TV—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to enjoy meals at the dining table or casual bites at the breakfast bar. Coffee lovers will appreciate the dual coffee setup with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that accommodates K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter. At the end of the day, retreat to the cozy bedroom with comfortable accommodations and beach-inspired décor designed for a restful stay.

    Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.
