This was a wonderful place to stay. It felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. The host was great to work with and made the whole process easy. We had a fantastic trip and would happily book again in the future.

Had a lovely weekend stay with my girlfriends. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. Bathroom and living spaces were very clean. There is even a jetted tub. In the closet were extra beach towels, a beach umbrella, and even a cooler! Very centrally located to all the fun stuff! Short drive to Folly and into Charleston. Outdoor common space is very nice. We did have a snafu with the AC and a missing remote. The owner was going to overnight one to the property, but we were already going to be checking out. The AC from one of the bedrooms did help cool the living area, but having a fully functional AC would’ve been more comfortable (summer in SC, hotttt) Very happy with the owners prompt response about it and attempt to rectify the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating! They even allowed us to store our luggage after check out since we had a late flight. The location was only a 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. It is a second story apartment, so be aware of outdoor stairs to get in.

Based on the images and the information provided, I assumed we would be the only people staying at this property. We stayed in an upstairs unit and there was another group below us. This also means that the backyard amenities and washer and dryer are shared. This did not affect my stay, however I wish I was aware of that before arriving. It was also not disclosed which unit was ours or the check in time so we just had to kind of guess. The listing says check in at 3pm however every email I was sent said 4pm. I tried contacting the host through VRBO and the phone number provided as well as email and got no response. The house itself was great but the communication lacked.
